Yoga is proven to help those of all ages and all body types! The benefits of yoga are widely studied and becoming more accepted into mainstream culture. Doctors, therapists, coaches, and professional athletes are utilizing yoga as a way to improve performance, decrease stress, increase physical and emotional health, and build strength. I absolutely love to teach to those who are beginners or afraid to go to a class at a studio. My teaching style is humble, playful, and client-directed. I live by the philosophy of one of my teachers, that we as yoga teachers are here to serve our students, and, I strive to do just that! I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2006 at the Shambhava School of Yoga in Boulder. In October of 2016, I finished my 300-hour InnerPeace Yoga Therapy certification. I have also trained in Pre and Postnatal Yoga, Advanced Yoga Therapeutics at 90 Monkeys in Boulder, YogaKids, and SATYA Level One with Tias Little.
