As a life coach, my goal is to help you live the life of your dreams and strengthen your connection to your true self, therefore experience deep and true self-love. My life coaching is one of a spiritual and yogic slant, I believe that as you uncover your limiting beliefs and unconscious and automatic ways of being you begin to connect to yourself as the Divine being that you are.
What is a life coach?
Life Coaching is a fast growing field that is very effective in helping people make long lasting changes. Life coaches aid you in attaining your goals, changing habits, improving your mindset, and getting unstuck from patterns that are holding you back from living your full potential. Unlike therapy where, there is often a focus on processing the past, life coaching focuses on propelling you forward in your life so you can live up to your full potential. Life coaching is goal-oriented and dedicated to helping you reach your dream vision for your life.

How can I help you as a Life Coach?
I coach women who are struggling with anxiety, self love, mindset, the transition to motherhood, and many other challenges. Many of my coaching clients are mothers who want to learn improved ways of being so they are better, more joyful mothers. All of the women I work with are working toward creating more self-love, confidence, joy, and peace in their lives. They are ready to move out of a life that feels full of anxiety, scarcity, overwhelm, and exhaustion to feel more connected to themselves and trusting of their inner knowing. This journey is a spiritual one, one that looks at the interplay of mind, body, and spirit therefore, I recommend yogic, Ayurvedic, and homeopathic interventions to aid you in your journey.
My style of coaching is unique. Thought work is an integral part of my work, and incredibly helpful, but I find connecting to the body is an excellent way to expedite change by removing blocks in your system. To truly make shifts, working within the subconscious you help can make tremendous strives in your life. How does hiring you as a life coach work?
All of my coaching takes place via Zoom, therefore, I am able to work with clients through the US and all over the world.
I offer two coaching packages: a weekly for 12-weeks (3-months) or weekly for 22-weeks (6-months). Most of the time I see clients weekly, although there are exceptions and bi-weekly is possible.
