You can Strive in Life But also find peace of mind and Rest.

You have so much to be grateful for–a good job, nice home, a long list of accomplishments–but instead of enjoying what you have, you keep striving, feel like an imposter, and feel overwhelmed from trying to keep up with it all.  Your mind is full of negative talk but desires to be quiet.  Your body is tired from being pushed, overworked, and overlooked.

“sattva” means calm, clarity, peace, and non-reactivity

INtroducing my 6-Month coaching program: seeking satva

Rooted in the philosophy of yoga and Ayurveda and combined with my expertise from several years of experience serving mothers, the goal of this program is to help you find “sattva” or calm, clarity, peace, and nonreactivity.

This program propels you toward living in the sweetness of life rather than being stuck in overwork, overwhelm, and self-doubt.

While Ayurvedic coaching focuses on improving diet and lifestyle choices, I blend this approach with various other modalities which create a powerful path toward transformation.

Constant stress and the pace of life creates imbalance in your body. Ayurveda helps to bring the body back into balance so you feel more calm and relaxed.

Stop the habit of striving and pushing because no matter how hard you try, you do not feel good enough. You already have everything you need to be successful.

Shut down that mean inner voice, the feeling that you are never good enough, and close the door on perfectionism because you will learn to value and prioritize yourself.

Learn to make decisions by tapping into your inner voice so you know what you REALLY need rather making decisions from a place of feeling like you aren’t good enough, worthy, or an imposter.

YOU are not alone.

we will do this together. here’s how.

We begin with a deep dive assessment of your mind, body, and spirit to determine your gifts, imbalances, needs, and our path forward.

You will increase awareness of your thoughts, emotions, learn why you are the way you are, what motivates you, and how to effectively make changes.

You will begin to make choices that are in alignment with your highest good, prioritize your physical and emotional health, and implement the boundaries you need in your life.

Practice and apply what you have learned and your customized recommendations based on your assessment.  Your brain doesn’t change overnight, this is where you really need a coach to guide, support you, and keep you on track.

The result of your assessment, awareness, alignment, and application of what you have learned and uncovered about your yourself activates SATTVA: presence, confidence, calm, and joy!

"I am transformed and feeling more like myself and more passionate than ever before."

When I first reached out to Nichole, I was 10 months postpartum with my first and only son. To say that I was desperate would be an understatement. I quite literally could not get out of my pajamas or off my bedroom floor.

We spent time on thought work, feeling and exploring emotions and trauma in the body. Through our work together I was able to redefine what I wanted motherhood to look like, I stopped resisting motherhood, I stopped fighting for my limitations. Most of all I began to see the light inside of me come back on that had switched off the day I gave birth.

She was an essential part of my healing during the most vulnerable and delicate time of my life. My son is now two, and I am transformed and feeling more like myself and more passionate than ever before. Nichole’s techniques and love were a KEY part in this process. I will be forever grateful.

“Before I worked with you, I felt lost. Untethered. Overwhelmed.

You have taught me how to go inside myself. How to be present. How to be ok with myself – to love myself just the way I am. To parent myself like I never was parented – so I can do better for my kids.”

– Heather

Frequently Asked Questions

I have tried therapy. How are therapy and coaching different?

Therapy tends to focus heavily on processing your past. Coaching focuses on what is going on in the present and what you want your future to look like. So, it is much more goal-oriented.

However, sometimes you have to go back (e.g. to understand how your past shaped you) to move forward. So there might be times in our work where we briefly touch on the past — but as a springboard to help you reach your goals and create the FUTURE life you want to live.

If you need to deeply process the past then I will refer you to a therapist.

How do I know if you can help me?

I know that this is a big decision and you want to make sure you choose the right coach, the one you know can help you. The best way to do that is to set up a free consultation with me. You can tell me what you are struggling with and I will be very honest in how I can help you.  Set up your consult by clicking on the Let’s Talk button, below.

How do I find the time in my already busy schedule?

I know your time is valuable and you are very busy.  Therefore, I always meet my clients where they are. We will meet three times per month, giving you one or two weeks to implement and integrate our work together. Also, my recommendations are always manageable and at your discretion.  My clients look very forward to our calls because those in themselves are transformative.
