Heal Money Anxiety & Your Relationship with Money
Heal Money Anxiety
Do you think about money all the time?
Do you avoid looking at your bank account, only to check it repeatedly later?
Do you feel anxious spending money, even when you can afford it?
Do you worry about running out, making a mistake, or not having enough someday?
Do you keep making the same financial mistakes over and over?
Debt? Overspending? Hoarding or being excessively frugal?
If so, you're not alone and it’s all rooted in anxiety.
Many of the women I work with are capable, intelligent, successful, and responsible. From the outside, their finances often look perfectly fine.
Yet inside, they feel chronically worried about money.
They think about it constantly.
They check balances repeatedly.
They feel guilty when they spend.
They struggle to receive.
They never quite feel safe and are waiting to lose it all.
What I've learned, both personally and professionally, is that money anxiety is rarely about money.
Money often becomes the place where deeper patterns live.
Patterns around safety, self-worth, trust, scarcity, control, and even love.
Most people try to solve money anxiety with budgets, spreadsheets, financial advice, or earning more money.
While those things can certainly help, they don't address the deeper emotional and nervous system patterns that are driving the anxiety in the first place.
You can make more money and still feel afraid.
You can pay off debt and still feel unsafe.
You can have savings in the bank and still worry constantly.
That's because money anxiety is often rooted in experiences that have little to do with money itself.
Our childhood experiences, family messages, life events, losses, fears, and nervous system conditioning all influence the way we relate to money as adults.
Financial therapy explores those deeper layers.
Together, we uncover the beliefs, emotions, habits, and nervous system responses that shape your relationship with money. We bring awareness to the unconscious patterns that keep you stuck in cycles of fear, avoidance, overworking, underspending, overspending, guilt, or chronic worry.
The goal isn't simply to make more money.
The goal is to feel safer.
More grounded.
More trusting.
More empowered.
More at peace.
When your nervous system no longer sees money as a threat, everything changes.
You make clearer decisions.
You spend with less guilt.
You receive more easily.
You stop obsessing.
You begin to trust yourself.
And perhaps most importantly, you discover that the security you've been chasing through money was never actually found in money at all.
If you're ready to heal your relationship with money and create a greater sense of financial well-being, I'd love to support you.
